We used Chad's services recently to buy our first property, both as our mortgage broker and buyer's agent. We initially chose Chad because of his presence in the Lane Cove area where we were primarily looking. Chad was especially helpful taking the load off of us and doing all the preliminary research, liaising with agents and going to inspections during weekdays on our behalf. This was a big time saver for us. It allowed us to focus on inspecting the right properties. Chad was also a great sounding board throughout the process. Eventually we found the right property and Chad helped us secure the deal pre-auction. Since then, he has been very proactive as our mortgage broker, keeping us updated with all ongoing developments with our loan.
